The Brief
A direct-to-consumer innerwear brand featured on Shark Tank India entered a critical growth phase with strong product-market fit but ambitious scale targets. Designed for India’s digital-first millennials, the brand is known for creating some of the softest and most comfortable innerwear using sustainably sourced MicroModal fabric. The brief was clear but aggressive: scale monthly revenue from ₹30 lakhs to ₹1 crore within three months, while maintaining efficiency across paid channels. Our role was to engineer a performance-driven growth system that could scale fast, stay profitable, and support long-term brand momentum.

The Challenge
Scaling a DTC innerwear brand in India is complex, even with strong brand recall. For a fast-growing brand with aggressive timelines, the margin for error was minimal.
